Registration: Your registration must be entered prior to your child attending a class. Registrations will be accepted through the first two weeks of classes (unless the class is full), but no refund will be given for missed classes. The registration must be entered online by the due date shown on the Soccer Fact Sheet that was sent home and the flyer posted on your center's parent bulletin board. A $20 late fee will be charged for late registrations. Online Registration:The registration process is simple and your credit card payment information is encrypted and secure. You will need an Email account and the Center Code for your center. The Center Code can be found on the Soccer Fact Sheet. Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child registered qualify for a $20 discount on the second child and a $30 discount on the third. T-shirt sizes: We have found that the T-shirts are often smaller than parents expect. Here is a general guideline for choosing a size. If your child is 3-4 years old then order size 6-8. If your child is 5-6 years old then order size 10-12. If your child is 7-8 years old then order size 14-16. If your child is 9 or older then order the adult medium. Withdrawals / Weather Cancellations: Full refunds will be given for withdrawals prior to the 1st class. A prorated refund will be given for withdrawals after the 1st class (your payment - $13). No refund will be given for withdrawals after the 2nd class. If a class is cancelled due to weather a make-up will be scheduled or you will receive a prorated refund of $6 per class. Attendance: There will be no refunds due to a child being absent at the regularly scheduled class time. Minimum Class Enrollment: Each class must have a minimum of six children enrolled. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled and a full refund will be made for all enrolled children. Class Guidelines: (subject to evaluation of specific groups of children and context) Length: Young preschool: 25 - 30 minutes; Preschool: 40 - 45 minutes; School Age: 50 minutes to 1 hour. Size Limit: Young preschool: 8; Preschool: 10; School Age: 14 Clothing: It is important that the children wear tennis shoes and socks on the day of class so they can run comfortably and safely. Shin guards are encouraged for the school age children but are not required. We highly recommend that the children have their Step Up To Soccer T-shirts with them at school on the day of class. They enjoy wearing the shirts during the soccer class. |
